Have a Sniper Mode

I got this one from Tomo Moriwaki, who said, "Dude, sniper mode equals automatic fun!"

Meaning a mode where you have to stop moving (and are therfore more vulnerable) but you can zoom in on your target and kill them from a distance.

A little IK on the person you shoot and the pleasure is doubled.
