Is there an IRC channel for people who are interested in this sort of thing?

I imagine that somewhere in the world, there is. I believe we should try to find it, and hook up with it.

Do the WorldWideBrainClub? people know of such a channel, perhaps?

If there isn't, FreeNode might be a good place to setup a room.
