Special note to any one compiling rules:

I just exchanged the PDF of Black Pawn Trucking that was posted on the
piecepack dot org site with a version that has the copyright and licensing
information included. DUH!

Anyone compiling rules should download the newly posted copy and use it to
replace the older one.

please let them know they should register with piecepack dot org to receive
notes such as this.
