Is Luck a four letter word?

Perhaps the timing on this question is lacking, and perhaps it should
be asked by someone else besides me.

However. I think the question remains valid for our community, and is
inherent in what the piecepack is.

1.It appears that some of my games are more luck based (per average)
than the general catalog of rulesets.

2.It is possible to win a number of games with nothing more than a
single (albeit complicated) math equation.

3.A majority of piecepack games have math in the game methodlogies.

This leads me to ask, would our group on the whole rather
enjoy "solving" a game, over "playing" a game?

Which gets to question:

Is Luck welcomed or shunned in piecepack games? Does it at least have
some measured place in gaming?
