'Bit' Clarification and Bit Assignments

Three quick questions here;

1.Are the tiles considered 'bits'?
2.Assuming tiles are not bits, what is the easiest way to say "Each 
player gets/receive all the coins, the die and the pawn that all 
share the same suit"?
3.What is the easiest way to instruct a player to take all items or 
parts therein of a piecepack stack. ((1/4th of the piecepack divided 
along suit/color))
