Substitute piecepack coins for US (or local) currency.

Sackson suggests playing with 4 pennies, 4 dimes, 2 nickels, and 1 quarter. We suggest playing with 4 arms coins, 4 crowns, 2 moons, and 1 sun.

And, besides a flat surface, that is all the equipment you need!

A good solitaire game for the piecepack, considering that in the twenty-first century, a piecepack fan might be more likely to have a piecepack on their person than a dozen metal coins of the right denominations.
