I wasn't very interested in this idea at first, but now it seems like 
it could be a good thing for the piecepack. A joker as described 
could also serve as a sort of "wild tile". While I don't think it 
should be adopted into the piecepack specification, as an expansion, 
I think a joker would have many uses.
