Yes, congratulations to you, Mark. Good show!

I regretted the "chopped liver" remark soon after I made it. I
thought about it and really do not feel left out anymore. After all,
it was a five-page article, not a book, and things have to be omitted
even from books for reasons of space. Clark Rodeffer, our last
contest winner and current contest judge, was not mentioned or
interviewed (AFAIK), so why should I think I'm a must to include?
Anyway, like Worm Derby, both Epic Funhouse and the Ludic Synergy
Competition were mentioned indirectly by description, and Eric dropped
me a nice email message to say that editors tend to prefer a variety
of sources, so since he had interviewed me for his last _Games_
article (on metagames), he thought it best to talk to other people for
this one. Thus, no hard feelings.

As for the web resources (mailing list, wiki) that didn't get
mentioned, at least they're accessible from Piecepack.org. I just
wish the editors had highlighted _that_ address more scrupulously. It
was buried in the text the one or two times it was mentioned, and one
of those times it was broken across a line like this:

Blah blah blah www.piece
pack.org blah blah blah.

At least they didn't hyphenate it at the break, or people would be
getting "domain not found" errors for www.piece-pack.org!

I think this article will be good for everyone in the piecepack
community, whether they or their games were mentioned or not.

Best to all,

Ron
