Fairly easy.  

Go to the list of games page and choose Edit This Page.
Add a line with the following format
||GameName||RogerMeertens||none

Note that both your name and the game name needs to be in this
format (ie with camel cased with no spaces).  If you don't like
that (or it isn't possible with your game name) you should do
the following
||["Game Name"]||["Roger Meertens"]||none

Hit save.

After doing that you should be able to click on your game name which
will take you to a new page which you can edit and input the rules.
If you need help with formatting the rules to your game so they look
like some of the others (with the fancy table at the start) you can
always go to a pre-existing game and hit edit and then copy the 
formatting.
