I must look into this Zoki thing :)

I have kept them on the page, and have not used them myself to date.
They were my early attempt at a directional pawn. To be put on a
coin-sized disk. Then the belts came to me, and I have no need for
the
stars, though I am thinking for games that require colour
association, I can use them to form a lookup index somewhere on the
table.

Having all of the colours for each suit's pawn will work really
nicely
with the advanced coins

I was thinking about colours (I am Canadian.) the other day with a
friend, and was thinking that if I put together another copy of the
JCD set, I might take the time to carefully paint the required
surfaces prior to sticking the designs on. This would re-introduce
the
colours back into the set, without destroying the advantages I was
trying to create with the all black set (colour blind friendly,
easier
on the printer, etc.). Care would have to be taken, so as not to mark
the tiles or the coins by accidently getting paint on the sides, or
too near the edge.

Thanks for the update. It's good to hear that someone else is making
use of it.

JCD

P.S.

I have just partially freed up my schedule, and so am hoping to do
some work on the JCDpiecepack cards in the next little while. If
anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I have a mockup
available in the files section.
