I've also been looking vaguely into getting components printed on chipboard. If the piecepack were to be available for under say $20, that seems like the way to do it. Has this avenue proven fruitful in the past?
Other than that, the only part that seems difficult is getting cheap dice in the four colours with the range 0 to 5.
